US Highway 80 in the amount of $63,272.00 plus related closing costs and authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents.

A public trail easement and a drainage easement are required from American Multi-Cinema, Inc., located at 2100 E. US Highway 80 for the construction of Mesquite Heritage Trail, Phase 2, and related improvements. An offer was extended and accepted, based on an appraisal dated November 2, 2018, in the amount of $63,272.00.
Funding is allocated for project expenses from Towne Centre Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Two.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends the City Manager to execute any necessary documents for the acquisition of two easements and to approve the acquisition of said easements.
