An ordinance correcting Ordinance No. 4662, passed by the Mesquite City Council on April 1, 2019, replacing the property description provided in Exhibit “A” of Ordinance No. 4662, with a new Exhibit “A” to the corrected ordinance, and making nonsubstantive corrections to the angle, bearing and distance calls in the property description.

On April 1, 2019, the City Council voted unanimously to approve Application No. Z0219-0086, for a rezoning from R-2, Single-family Residential and Town East Retail and Restaurant Overlay to Planned Development - General Retail and Town East Retail and Restaurant Overlay to allow a commercial development. Subsequently, it was found that there were errors in the legal description attached to the approved ordinance. This action is to replace the incorrect legal description with the corrected version.
