During the Pre-Meeting, staff will brief the City Council on draft amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to modernize the standards and put requirements in place to improve the quality of future multifamily development in Mesquite.
Recommended/Desired Action
Provide staff with direction regarding draft amendments to multifamily residential ordinances in preparation for the ordinance adoption process.
