Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Mesquite and Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) for Mesquite Police Department response on DCCCD matters.
Body
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes and defines a partnership between the City of Mesquite Police Department and Dallas County Community College District. The purpose of the MOU is to delineate police responsibilities between DCCCD Police and the Mesquite Police Department.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the MOU.
