Body

Cici’s Pizza would like to expand their game room into a suite adjacent to their existing business. They obtained a Conditional Use Permit for up to 25 game machines at the existing location in 1993. With the proposed expansion, they would like to have up to 50 game machines.

 

On May 28, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6 to 1 to approve Application No. Z0419-0090 for a rezoning from General Retail to General Retail with a Conditional Use Permit to allow a coin operated amusement game room.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Following the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
