Body

This item and zoning case Z0419-0091 are for different tracts of the same proposed development. The applicant requested that the tracts be separate zoning cases.

 

For this request, referred to as Parc 30 South, the applicant is proposing the construction of two multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling approximately 310,000 square feet.

 

On May 28, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 to 0 to approve Application No. Z0419-0092, for a rezoning from Planned Development-Commercial Ordinance No. 2067 to Planned Development - Industrial to allow an industrial multi-tenant business park, located at 1650 Republic Parkway.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Following the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
