The amount of the IVR system contract included on the June 3, 2019 agenda item was an estimated amount of $90,000.00. The estimate was not updated when the final version of the agenda item was prepared. This agenda item corrects the June 3, 2019 agenda item in order to reflect the final contract amount of $109,370.00, which covers a five-year period.
Selectron Technologies, Inc., is the sole source provider for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for courts. The IVR system allows defendants to access automated information about the status of their citation and accepts payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the corrected contract amount.
