The contract for annual supply of manual transmissions, rear differentials, clutch parts, power take-offs and driveshaft parts and repair was awarded to Fort Worth Gear and Axle on May 1, 2017, and included two annual renewal options. The first renewal term expired on April 30, 2019, and Staff recommends ratifying the exercise of the final renewal option of the contract, which was effective on May 1, 2019.
