The annual landscape maintenance of the Creek Crossing area medians, rights-of-way and landscape areas and Mesquite Metro Airport was awarded to Southlake Landscaping and Maintenance, Inc. on February 20, 2017, and included two annual renewal options. The first renewal option expired on February 19, 2019, and Staff recommends ratification of the final renewal option of the contract.
