Body

Since 2017, the applicant has operated a minor auto repair business at the subject property and would like to add the sale of used tires as part of the business operations. All storage and display of tires would be inside of the building.

 

On June 24, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 to 0 to approve Application No. Z0519-0094 for a rezoning from Planned Development - General Retail to Planned Development - General Retail with a Conditional Use Permit to allow used tire sales.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Following the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
