Staff bids the annual supply of tires by brand of tire using cooperative purchasing contracts when available. The BuyBoard contract with Southern Tire Mart expires on February 28, 2021. The BuyBoard contract provided the best pricing on these tires.
The projected amount used on an annual basis is $208,555.08. The remaining amount available on the bid is $312,837.62, which covers an 18-month period.
