The Planning and Zoning Commission currently has a vacancy for one regular member due to a recent resignation. In addition, the terms for members Ronald Abraham, Yolanda Shepard and Debbie Anderson expire on September 30, 2019. All three are eligible for re-appointment. Regular members of the Planning and Zoning Commission also serve on the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee.
Alternate member’s terms expire two years from date of appointment.

Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends the reappointment of Ronald Abraham, Yolanda Shepard and Debbie Anderson as regular members to the Planning and Zoning Commission/Capital Improvements Advisory Committee and changing the appointment of Claude McBride, Sr., from an alternate member to a regular member, all for terms to expire September 30, 2021.
