Receive briefing regarding STAR Transit’s proposed service model.

On July 22, 2019, staff with the City and STAR Transit conducted a public input meeting to gather feedback regarding proposed changes to COMPASS 282. To gain additional insight from residents unable to attend this meeting, STAR Transit collected both online responses and surveys from COMPASS 282 riders. During the Pre-Meeting, the City Manager will present the revised public transportation model proposed by STAR Transit. STAR Transit staff will be present to answer Council inquiries.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends implementing STAR Transit’s service agreement.
