The term of three regular members and one alternate member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and Tree Board will expire on October 21, 2019. Kelly Wagoner has served the maximum term and is not eligible for reappointment and Gary Caldwell no longer wishes to serve. Regular member Susan Erickson and alternate member, Fred Poe, are willing to serve another term, if reappointed.

Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends the reappointment of Susan Erickson as a regular member and to change the appointments of Nichol Surratt and Fred Poe from alternate members to regular members to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and Tree Board, all for terms to expire October 21, 2021. In addition, staff recommends appointment of Debbie Coolidge to the senior alternate position for a term to expire October 21, 2020.
