Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute an Office Lease Agreement with Ultimate Transportation, LLC, for office rental space at the Mesquite Metro Airport.

Ultimate Transportation has leased City-owned office space at the Mesquite Metro Airport since 2017. The agreement sets an annual lease rate of $6,960.00 broken out into monthly payments of $580.00, beginning December 3, 2019, and expiring December 2, 2020.
The City Attorney’s Office has approved the proposed lease agreement as to content and form.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the Office Lease Agreement.
