For the Board of Directors of the Rodeo City Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone No. One: (1) remove Stan Pickett, Jeff Casper, Greg Noschese and Debbie Mol as directors and appoint Kenny Green, B. W. Smith, Sherry Wisdom and Jeff Jones as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; (2) reappoint Bruce Archer, Dan Aleman and Tandy Boroughs as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; and (3) appoint Bruce Archer as Chairperson to serve a one-year term beginning on January 1, 2020, and expiring on December 31, 2020.

The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 3138 establishing a Board of Directors for the Rodeo City Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. One on February 3, 1997.
The City Council appoints seven members to the Rodeo City TIRZ Board to serve two-year terms. Due to the recent City Council elections, this action is taking place earlier than the actual term expiration date for the current Board members.
The board members whose terms expire on December 31, 2020, are listed below:
Stan Pickett, Chairperson Dan Aleman

Tandy Boroughs Greg Noschese

Each year, the Council appoints one member of the Board to serve as Chair for a one-year term beginning January 1. The Chairperson whose term expired on December 31, 2019, is Stan Pickett.

Staff recommends (1) removal of Stan Pickett, Jeff Casper, Greg Noschese and Debbie Mol as directors and appointment of Kenny Green, B. W.
