For the Board of Directors of the Towne Centre Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone No. Two: (1) remove Stan Pickett, Jeff Casper, Gary Bingham, Jeff Jones, Kathryn Bohling and Elaine Whitlock as directors and appoint Bruce Archer, Tandy Boroughs, Kenny Green, B. W. Smith, Robert Miklos and Sherry Wisdom as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; (2) reappoint Dan Aleman as a director with a term expiring on December 31, 2021; and (3) appoint Bruce Archer as Chairperson to serve a one-year term beginning on January 1, 2020, and expiring on December 31, 2020.

The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 3257 establishing a Board of Directors for the Towne Centre Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. Two on September 21, 1998.
The City Council appoints seven members to the Towne Centre TIRZ Board to serve two-year terms. Due to the recent City Council elections, this action is taking place earlier than the actual term expiration date for the current Board members. In addition, the Mesquite Independent School District no longer has participation in the Towne Centre TIRZ No. Two and will, therefore, no longer have representation on the Board.

Each year the Council appoints one member of the Board to serve as Chair for a one-year term beginning January 1. The Chairperson whose term expired on December 31, 2019, is Stan Pickett.
