For the Board of Directors of the Lucas Farms Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone No. Six: (1) remove Stan Pickett, Jeff Casper and Greg Noschese as directors and appoint Kenny Green, B. W. Smith and Sherry Wisdom as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; (2) reappoint Bruce Archer, Dan Aleman, Tandy Boroughs and Robert Miklos as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; and (3) appoint Bruce Archer as Chairperson to serve a one-year term beginning on January 1, 2020, and expiring on December 31, 2020.

The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 4020 establishing a Board of Directors for the Lucas Farms Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. Six on December 15, 2008.
The City Council appoints seven members to the Lucas Farms TIRZ Board to serve two-year terms. Due to the recent City Council elections, this action is taking place earlier than the actual term expiration date for the current Board members.
The board members whose terms expire on December 31, 2020, are listed below:
Stan Pickett, Chairperson
Bruce Archer Jeff Casper
Dan Aleman Robert Miklos
Greg Noschese Tandy Boroughs
Each year the Council appoints one member of the Board to serve as Chair for a one-year term beginning January 1. The Chairperson whose term expired on December 31, 2019, is Stan Pickett.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends: (1) removal of Stan Pickett, Jeff Casper and Greg Noschese as directors and appointment of Kenny Green, B. W. Smith and Sherry Wisdom as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; (2) reappointment of Bruce Archer, Dan Aleman, Tandy Boroughs and Robert Miklos as directors with terms expiring on December 31, 2021; and (3) appointment of Bruce Archer as Chairperson to serve a one-year term beginning on January 1, 2020, and expiring on December 31, 2020.
