Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for reimbursement and construction of utility adjustments in conjunction with the IH 635/LBJ East Project.
Body
As part of the LBJ East project, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contractor will design and construct utility adjustments required for LBJ East Design Build Project (IH 635). The City has several water and sanitary sewer lines that are in conflict with the proposed LBJ East improvements. TxDOT’s Design Build contractor, Pegasus Link Constructors, will design and construct the necessary adjustments with funding provided by TxDOT.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the agreement.
