The terms of all seven members of the Mesquite Health Facilities Development Corporation expired on December 31, 2019.
This nonprofit corporation is established under the provisions of the Health Facilities Development Act in order to provide tax-exempt financing to acquire, construct or improve health facilities to assist the maintenance of public health.
Members of the City Council serve on this board and may be appointed for two-year terms to expire December 31, 2021. This board meets as needed.
