The terms of all seven members of the Mesquite Housing Finance Corporation expired on December 31, 2019.
The Housing Finance Corporation is a seven-member board which serves as the Board of Directors under the provisions of the Housing Finance Corporation Act of 1979 in order to provide a means of financing the cost of residential ownership and development that will provide decent, safe and sanitary housing at affordable prices for residents of the City of Mesquite.
Members of the City Council serve on this board and may be appointed for two-year terms to expire December 31, 2021. This board meets as needed.
