Receive briefing regarding possible text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding regulations for hotels.
Body
Currently, the Zoning Ordinance provides for General Service Hotels and includes significant requirements for amenities and Limited Service Hotels, which is any hotel or motel that does not qualify as General Service. Many hotels are reasonable quality, but do not reach the level of General Service. During the Pre-Meeting, staff will present possible ordinance amendments that provide for additional hotel classifications, each with unique requirements.

Receive direction from the City Council.
