In accordance with Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) is forwarding the July 2020 Semiannual Report to the City Council for receipt. The CIAC is the committee that advises the City Council on matters pertaining to roadway, water and wastewater impact fees.
This report covers the roadway, water and wastewater impact fee program for the first six months of the calendar year 2020.
