The City of Mesquite implemented the Tyler Technologies Munis system as the City’s financial ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in 2013. In October 2018, the City began utilizing the Munis Human Resources and Payroll module along with the ExecuTime Time and Attendance system to make the processes fully integrated to the overall ERP system.

ExecuTime offers an Advanced Scheduling system that will allow the following departments gain efficiencies in time, attendance and scheduling of staff, along with cost savings related to the current Telestaff system used by the Police Department.

                     Police                     Use of this module in place of Telestaff time and attendance system

(net savings in maintenance fees of approximately $10,500 each year);

More streamlined and efficient process for Police operations.

Library                     More efficient system for scheduling part time employees.

Parks & Rec                     More efficient system for scheduling part time employees.

The cost of purchasing and implementing the Advanced Scheduling module is $63,634.00 and is funded by savings from the earlier payroll implementation project. The annual maintenance fee for the module is $8,820.00, and the first year of maintenance is included in the purchase cost.
