LeadsOnline is a sole source provider that operates and maintains an electronic reporting and criminal investigation system for receiving transaction data for the use of law enforcement officials in their official duties. LeadsOnline acts in the capacity of an agent for such law enforcement agencies for the purpose of collecting, maintaining and providing access to transaction data and other records.
Financial Implications
Funds have been allocated in the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Police CID budget.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the agreement.
