Title

Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Zoning Application No. Z0820-0147, submitted by Roberto Nunez on behalf of Alchemi Development Partners, by approving a change of zoning to amend Planned Development Ordinance No. 2888 to allow a proposed building expansion, located at 1320 Gross Road.

(No responses in favor or in opposition to the application have been received from property owners within the statutory notification area. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval with certain stipulations.)

Body

The property was rezoned to Planned Development-Service Station in 1993 to allow development that includes a convenience store with fuel sales and a restaurant. The proposed amendment would allow the expansion of the existing building to enlarge the convenience store and restaurant but will not increase the number of fuel pumps.

On November 9, 2020, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 to 0 to approve Application No. Z0820-0147, for an amendment to Planned Development Ordinance No. 2888.

Recommended/Desired Action

Following the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
