Body
Jim Andrews is the Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) representative on the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC). The CIAC advises the City Council on matters pertaining to impact fees. Water and sewer impact fees are collected in the ETJ, so the City is required to have a representative from that area.
Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission also serve on this board. An agenda item for reappointment of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee members are included on this agenda as a separate item.
