The City Council approved Bid No. 2019-037, Annual Miscellaneous Concrete Work (Section A), on January 7, 2019, in the amount of $2,688,475.00. During the initial year of the contract, Change Order No. 1 was approved by the City Council on November 18, 2019, in the amount of $636,050.00 and Change Order No. 2 was approved by the City Manager on February 12, 2020, in the amount of $35,005.00. The City Council approved a renewal of the contract on April 20, 2020, in the amount of $2,688,475.00.
This is the first Change Order for the first renewal year, and the third Change Order overall for the contract. Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $69,346.60 is to reconcile quantities to match the actual quantities needed to complete the sidewalk and paving improvements in the Indian Trails Subdivision.
Financial Implications
There are sufficient Street Bond funds available in the project budget to accommodate this change order.

Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 3.
