Receive the January 2021 semiannual report for impact fees from the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee in accordance with Section 395.058(c)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code.

In accordance with Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) is forwarding the January 2021 Semiannual Report to the City Council for receipt. The CIAC is the committee that advises the City Council on matters pertaining to roadway, water and wastewater impact fees.
This report covers the roadway, water and wastewater impact fee program for the last six months of calendar year 2020 and includes summary information for the full year. In 2020, more impact fees were collected than any previous year. This was due to the increased level of development in Mesquite.
