Staff has identified Wingfoot Tire dba Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for Goodyear, Dunlop and BF Goodrich auto, truck and industrial tires, through Sourcewell Contract No. 102517-GTC, for the best pricing on these tires. The Warehouse Division of Finance recommends transitioning from BuyBoard Contract No. 553-18 which expires on February 28, 2021, to Sourcewell Contract No. 102517-GTC for continuity of operations.
Financial Implications
Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 annual budget in the Warehouse Division of Finance. Purchase of tires is facilitated by Warehouse operations through the inventory system.
