The Public Works Department has used the CityWorks software for its work order and asset management since 2018. The system has proven to be very reliable and meets all of the City’s technical requirements. Azteca Systems, LLC is the sole developer and reseller of this software and they have provided a renewal quote with a sole source letter.
Financial Implications
Funding is available in the FY 2020-21 operating budget.
