The City’s enterprise telephone system is built, serviced and supported by Avaya, Inc. The City has received a three-year annual maintenance quote from Lantana Communications Corporation in the amount of $73,226.28 per year on the Texas Department of Information Resources Contract No. DIR-TSO-3991. The term of this contract is for a one-year period with two additional one-year renewal options, subject to annual appropriation of sufficient funds.

 

Financial Implications

Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2020-21 operating budget.
