This resolution declares the results of the November 2, 2021, General Election and Special Election and calls a Runoff Election for the purpose of electing Councilmembers for Places 1 and 3, to be held on December 7, 2021.
No candidate received a majority of votes cast for the Office of City Council, Places 1 and 3. Therefore, it is necessary to call a runoff election of determining between Jeff Casper and David Jackson Burris for the Office of Councilmember, Place 1, and between Jennifer Vidler and Elizabeth Rodriguez-Ross for the Office of Councilmember, Place 3.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
