The Information Technology Department currently utilizes the Rapid7 InsightIDR Security Incident and Event Management product. This software is critical for monitoring and helping to prevent security incidents in the City’s network. The addition of the Managed Detection and Response Service will allow full-time monitoring of the City’s network by the Rapid7 cybersecurity experts. This service will also provide monthly customer engagements, compromise assessments, alert validation, threat hunting and remote incident response.
