Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute a grant agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Aviation Division, for participation in the Routine Airport Maintenance Program (RAMP) in the amount of $50,000.00.

The Routine Airport Maintenance Program (RAMP) is an annual grant that provides financial assistance for airport maintenance work. Items scheduled for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, will include joint/crack sealing and herbicide management in the runway and taxiway safety areas.
Financial Implications
The airport operating budget for FY 2023 includes matching funds for the annual RAMP projects. The grant is a 50/50 match with a $100,000.00 cap.

Staff recommends the City Manager be authorized to finalize and execute a grant agreement with TxDOT, Aviation Division.
