The City’s enterprise telephone system is currently running on an End-of-Life version of software and no longer has updates provided by Avaya. This item is for professional services for software upgrade services by the City’s preferred telecom vendor Lantana Communications Corporation, through Texas Department of Information Resources Contract No. DIR-CPO-4644, in an amount not to exceed $83,350.00.
Financial Implications
Funding will be provided through the Capital Improvement Plan.
