During the Pre-Meeting, Staff will present proposals and a preferred alternative for the repurposing of travel lanes on Pioneer Road from Cartwright Road to McKenzie Road. The intent of repurposing lanes is to provide speed mitigation by utilizing traffic traveling at or near the posted speed limit with the primary objective of limiting the number of excessive speed violators.
