As a part of the City’s Housing Choice Voucher program, the Housing Division maintains and follows an Administrative Plan (Plan). This Plan, last updated in August 2020, outlines required U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, along with local established policies that provide direction to staff.
Recommended/Desired Action
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.
