Bid documents were broadcast to vendors on Periscope Holdings electronic bidding system and posted on the City’s website, and an Advertisement of Bid notice was published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. A total of two bids were received.
This bid contains various sizes of full circle clamps stored at the Warehouse Division and requested by the Utilities Division to repair water main breaks. These items will be ordered on an as-needed basis as inventory levels necessitate and will be stored in the City’s General Warehouse until needed by City staff. Core & Main LP, bid on every item, met all specifications and offered the lowest price.
Financial Implications
Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-23 annual budget.
