Staff has located one transfer trailer that will be a replacement for an existing trailer with high mileage and maintenance costs. The trailer will be available within 12 months of the vendor receiving the Purchase Order. 

 

Financial Implications

Funds are available in the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Capital Outlay Budget for the Solid Waste Division. Additional funds to cover deficit will come from residual savings of other purchases from the Solid Waste Division.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

Staff recommends purchase from Wilkins Industries Inc.
