Bid documents were broadcast through the BidSync electronic bidding system, posted on the City’s website and an Advertisement of Bid Notice was published in the Daily Commercial Record newspaper. Three bids were received. The Police Department received higher rates as compared to the Fire Department and would like time to research the reasoning and rebid once a determination has been made. In addition, the bids received exceed the budgeted amount. We will continue under the current terms until the contract is rebid.

Staff recommends the City Council reject all bids.
