Title

Body

The applicant proposes to add dog boarding to the existing All 4 Paws business. All 4 Paws currently sells supplies and care products for dogs in one suite and plans to expand to an additional suite in the strip center for the boarding operation. They also provide grooming and dog daycare services.

 

On June 11, 2018, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve Application No. Z0518-0035, for a rezoning from General Retail to General Retail with a Conditional Use Permit to allow dog boarding.

 

Recommended/Desired Action

After the public hearing, staff recommends approval of the proposed ordinance.
